Tally Up!

Tally homework was sent home today- Tally Around the House.
Use the Tally Around the Room side to help guide your Dragonfly in counting and recording the number in tallies. This is not due tomorrow- it is meant to be an extension from today's math lesson and can be returned anytime this week.

Readers' Workshop

KD Dragonflies have been busy launching our Readers' Workshop. We began by thinking about the 3 ways to read a book. We then worked on how to chose a 'Good Fit' book. Now we have begun our Read to Self time working to build our stamina and practice good reader strategies like Eagle Eye and Lips the Fish. Please take the time to ask your little one about what we have been doing in our Readers' Workshop!
